Air Fryer Salmon Bites (also known as nuggets) are absolutely delicious I served these bites with a lemon dill sauce made with yogurt. Test the oil before you add the nuggets in. Preheat the oil in a deep pot to 350F (180C), or medium high (you may know it’s ready when you throw inside a piece of bread and it floats and bubbles, it shouldn’t sink or burn too fast). Add brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, garlic, and onion powder. The internal temperature of the salmon should ideally reach 145☏. with your desired sauce The creamy sweet, and tangy dipping sauce complements the mouth-watering taste of the salmon bites.
